Tips To Increase Energy

  • EAT!!  Carbs give you energy & Protein makes you feel satisfied longer. Be sure to balance the two.

  • Breakfast - most important meal

  • Snacks – keep you going between meals

  • Decrease Caffeine Intake

  • Avoid other stimulants – Ephedra, Ma Huang

  • Exercise

  • Get enough sound sleep

  • Relax & Have some fun

  • Deep Breathing

  • Bagel & Cheese or Nut Butter

  • Yogurt

  • Egg & toast or fruit
