Stephanie Brooks, MS, RD
Stephanie Brooks earned her Master's of Science degree in nutrition and food science at San Jose State University and her Bachelor's of Science in nutrition and clinical dietetics at the University of California at Berkeley. Stephanie has been a nutrition therapist and consultant in private practice since 1991.

Helen Pak, MA, RD Helen Pak joined Bay Area Nutrition, LLC in 2004 while working for UC Berkeley's Student Health Services and Cal Athletics. She is also an instructor at Diablo Valley College and often guest lectures at various colleges and organizations, including The California Nurse's Association and The Bay Area Dietetic Association. Helen earned her Master's of Education, with an emphasis in Exercise Science, from the University of Alabama and her Bachelor's of Science in nutrition and dietetics from Samford University in Birmingham, AL. In addition to medical nutrition therapy, Helen's area of expertise includes working with all types of eating disorders in both in-patient and out-patient settings, sports nutrition and fitness training. She particularly enjoys working with teens, college students and people who feel they struggle with emotional hunger and body image issues. Through Helen's world wide travels, she has broad knowledge on various ethnic and religious food preferences and diet concerns. Marty Wilson, MS, RD, MBA Marty Wilson joined Bay Area Nutrition, LLC in 2001, providing individual nutrition counseling and group workshops. Marty earned her MBA from Golden Gate University and her Master's of Science from San Jose State University in nutrition and food science. Additionally, she teaches nutrition classes at Kaiser and Camino Medical Group. Marty enjoys working with individuals and believes that people can give themselves the gift of health through lifestyle choices of healthy eating, regular moderate exercise, stress management and life balance. She has a special interest in the areas of weight management, diabetes, gastro-intestinal problems and cardiovascular disease. As a teacher and coach, Marty believes nutritional strategies and lifestyle changes should be incremental, realistic, effective and practical in the individual lives of her clients. Diana Wright, PhD, RD Diana Wright joined Bay Area Nutrition, LLC in 2003 to cover our
growing South Bay practice in the Gilroy area. Diana received her PhD in nutrition from UC Davis, her Master's of Public Health from UCLA
and she graduated Cum Laude from USC with her Bachelor's of Science in Biology. She brings over 20 years experience in nutrition education
to our practice with extensive experience teaching college level nutrition courses, as well as educating groups and individual clients. Her
primary interest in nutrition is assisting people as they work to optimize their health using diet, exercise and stress management. Diana
is especially skilled at taking complex and confusing nutrition information and making it practical and understandable for her clients. |
