Jemimah has been providing nutrition education, counseling and support to families and clients of all ages. Having treated clients at different levels of care, residential to outpatient, Jemimah brings a broad experience of treatment modalities to clients suffering from mental health and eating disorders. She has advanced training and experience in Family Based Nutrition Therapy (FBT) and Intuitive Eating (IE). Jemimah prides herself on working closely with client’s multidisciplinary team to best support treatment.

Whether clients are wanting to improve their overall nutrition, blood sugar, cholesterol or disordered eating habits, Jemimah utilizes motivational interviewing to help discover internal motivations for change and make informed, health-care decisions that align with clients’ personal values. Jemimah takes a Health at Every Size © and intuitive eating approach as appropriate while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to support clients in making peace with and finding joy in food, movement, and their bodies.

Jemimah continues her professional learning and growth by participating in individual and group case consultation and supervision, as well as classes and continuing education in the area of athletics, nutrition, eating disorders, and counseling.
