Liz has been providing individuals and families with nutrition therapy, education, and coaching since 1998. In addition to being an RDN, Liz is a parent of 3, now young adults and understands first hand how feeding a family and ensuring everyone gets adequate nutrition can be challenging.

She has advanced training in the areas of Extreme Picky Eating, ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) and Family Nutrition Skills and Strategies. Additionally, Liz has been supporting people with ADHD and ASD for many years. Through a compassionate and trauma informed lens, Liz supports clients in reducing anxiety surrounding mealtimes while helping them improve their relationship with food and body.

Liz shares a weight inclusive, non-diet ideology and utilizes an intuitive eating approach as appropriate, while helping clients with Pre-Diabetes, Diabetes, High Cholesterol and Blood Pressure improve their health and well-being.

Liz continues her professional learning and growth by participating in individual and group case consultation and supervision, as well as classes and continuing education in the areas of nutrition, picky eating, eating disorders, and counseling.
