Rachel has been a practicing Registered Dietitian Nutritionist since 2011, starting her career as a Corporate Wellness Dietitian, where she discovered her passion for group health education and one-on-one nutrition counseling. She is committed to an individualized approach to nutrition, empowering her clients to identify the strategies and changes that will help them achieve their unique health goals.

As a mother of three young children, Rachel intimately understands the challenges of feeding a family and ensuring that kids receive proper nutrition. This personal experience informs her practice, allowing her to connect with clients on a deeper level as they navigate their own dietary journeys.

Rachel is dedicated to her professional growth, actively engaging in continuing education and training in nutrition, eating disorders, and counseling.
