Program Description
Bay Area Nutrition’s SMS program is intended to support communication related to active or pending nutrition services. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, care coordination communications, referral coordination, and other service- related notifications. Messages are transactional and healthcare-related in nature and are not promotional or marketing communications.

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by your wireless carrier and are your responsibility. Bay Area Nutrition is not responsible for any carrier fees incurred.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS/text messages from Bay Area Nutrition unless you re-enroll in the SMS program.

Eligibility

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Bay Area Nutrition operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
